Her vision of enabling contractors and candidates to control their careers lead her to forming a new innovative approach to consulting and career opportunities. she has over twenty five years of experience in human resources, technical and staffing areas.

Ron has a 23 year Information Technology history in Kansas City. Utilizing his Bachelors Degree from KU and extensive experience in IT, he is a touchstone for assisting organizations in staffing their projects and departments. From the Mainframe through to today's agile environment, Ron has addressed both technical and business issues creating a well-rounded team focused on developing successful business solutions. Providing those business solutions in an evolving technical environment requires dexterity with technical needs, quality talent, personality "fit" and project scope. He provides an experienced, hands-on and urgent approach to meeting your unique goals.

Patrick brings his ten years of successful sales and training experience to specialize in new business development and government contracts. His affable nature and deliberate style enables him to understand and anticipate client direction and goals. Combining introspective thinking with extroverted speaking, Patrick builds bridges with his clients and paints the solutions within their minds so both can grasp the big picture. Patrick’s artistry makes his clients feel assured they are valued, nurtured and provided the highest level of professional care.
Patrick was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He graduated from Kansas University and is a die-hard KU fan. He currently resides in Mission, KS with his wife, Kathleen, and their beautiful, 15 month old daughter, Anastasia Elizabeth.

Judi has four years experience in recruiting, from Customer Service and Light Industrial to senior-level IT positions. She loves the satisfaction that comes from helping people achieve their career goals. Though born in Birmingham, Alabama, Judi was raised in Kansas City and lives in Waldo with her husband and three children.


Katie Morgan

Katie came to Nash Resources a short time ago and has put her ten years experience as an office administrator to good use. Her knowledge of payroll processes and accounts payable / receivable as well as her familiarity with computers and software are truly assets in her position. She enjoys a challenge and working in a fast paced work environment, which makes Nash the perfect fit. Katie was born and raised in Kansas City North but has spent time in Mexico, Venezuela, and Honduras with Green Peace and has just recently returned after a year in Mililani, HI. She currently resides in downtown Kansas City, MO in the SoHo Garment District.


Brian D. Xaine

Xaine started at Nash after seven years of service in the United States Air Force. He performed maintenance and electronic diagnostics on unmanned airframes for four years, and worked in the IT field for the remaining three years. He enjoys taking on new challenges and learning new skills on a daily basis. Xaine currently resides in Olathe, Kansas.
