Donna brings 20 years of business management and engineering experience to Nash Resources. She has specialized in providing recruiting services to manufacturing, aerospace and design engineering industries for the past eight years. She brings a passion for finding the “right” talent for her clients to her current role as Staffing Manager with Nash Resources. Donna holds a BS in Industrial Distribution/Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. Some areas of expertise include: Power Engineering, SCADA Controls, Utility Design and Engineering, Aerospace Design Engineering, DER’s (Designated Engineering Representatives FAA), Engineering Management, Quality, and Operations Management.

Harry brings his relationship building skills from prior career in banking to focus on our clients and candidates. Learning more about the recruiting profession every day, he works with the team to expand NRG's presence as the professional placement agency of choice for contract, contract-for-hire and permanent placements. He helps support the members of the office team and writes marketing information and our newsletter. Harry is a transplant from St. Louis who enjoys the great warmth and super opportunities Kansas City offers.

Judi has four years experience in recruiting, from Customer Service and Light Industrial to senior-level IT positions. She loves the satisfaction that comes from helping people achieve their career goals. Though born in Birmingham, Alabama, Judi was raised in Kansas City and lives in Waldo with her husband and three children.


Brian D. Xaine

Xaine started at Nash after seven years of service in the United States Air Force. He performed maintenance and electronic diagnostics on unmanned airframes for four years, and worked in the IT field for the remaining three years. He enjoys taking on new challenges and learning new skills on a daily basis. Xaine currently resides in Olathe, Kansas.
