Administrative
A.M. - A.M. is an excellent A-Z Office Manager. At her last position, which she held for 4 ½ years, she handled all the HR duties for 60 people, as well has taking care of all payroll and invoicing/billing. She also negotiated and managed over 20 contracts in addition to many other tasks. She’s a do-it-all-and-more type person. She has experience with business, healthcare, government as well as non-profit organizations. She’s very professional, intelligent and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
J.O. - J.O. is an Executive Administrative Assistant with Management experience. She was with WSA Corporation for many years during which she moved up from an entry level position as an Administrative Assistant to Director of Operations. She then followed her boss when he moved on to open his own business to oversee client management infrastructure. J. is extremely organized and sharp and would make a great Project Coordinator or Executive Administrative Assistant.
K.H. - K.H. is an Administrative Assistant with extensive bookkeeping experience. Besides the standard Microsoft Office Suite, K. is proficient in QuickBooks, Access and Redwing. She is experienced dealing with government agencies and unions, and has excellent records management and organization skills. She has fabulous organizational skills and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. W. has a lot of experience in HR and would love to get back into that or Office Management (or a position that combines the two) and is also interested in working for an Advertising or Marketing company. She’s very personable and is great at interacting with co-workers and customers. An admitted Type A personality, W. is a dedicated manager who thrives in fast paced, multi-project environments.
N.C. - N.C. has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UMKC as well as Paralegal training. She is very experienced with data manipulation, report generation and analysis and various other Administrative Assistant skills. N. would love to bring her skills to a Marketing or Advertising company.
K.C. - K.C. has a strong background has an event-planning professional with a background in journalism. She has experience as an Office Manager, including billing, and reports as well as significant experience in small and large group event planning and project management. K. is very organized and also experienced creating newsletters and press releases, making use of her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
M. - M. has over ten years experience as an administrative assistant in increasingly responsible roles. She has extensive experience maintaining various databases and has excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. M. has experience in the banking and tax industries as well as Material Handling, dealing with invoicing and billing and all manner of administrative tasks.
Auto CAD
S.G. - S.G. has 20+ years experience in AutoCAD as well as many years experience as an CAD instructor at various colleges in the Kansas City area. S. has 2 ½ years experience with Revit at his last position at Walter P. Moore. He has had a varied career which has given him experience with many different kinds of drafting including architectural, structural, electrical piping and patent. S. brings a great deal of accuracy and precision to the job and is very hardworking and dedicated.
D.M. - D.M. has over 20 years experience with AutoCAD in roles of increasing responsibility. She has experience with architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing drawings for stadiums, casinos, churches and residential complexes. D. is experienced with 3D and BIM as well as Revit. Besides her AutoCAD expertise, she also has experience overseeing other CAD operators, and coordinating projects from start to finish and managing deadlines.
J.T. - J. has 11 years in AutoCAD experience plus she has designed and built homes in the Kansas City area. Her drafting experience encompasses architectural,, electrical, HVAC, civil and piping. She is ambitious and her attention to detail and strong work ethic make her a natural fit for fast paced companies.
M.F. - M. has been both an instructor of architectural AutoCAD and a team leader overseeing mechanical drawings for an international manufacturer. She specializes in 3D design and getting multiple projects out in a timely manner. An artisan by education and senior drafter by trade, she brings a wealth of experience in mechanical design.
B.B. - B. brings her 18 years in the drafting and designing career to face new projects and challenges. She is an expert in AutoCAD and SolidWorks along with One CNC in the mechanical drafting arena. A.R. - A. is a seasoned CAD technician within the mechanical, electrical and HVAC disciplines. He has been a project manager, cad format translator, and trained AutoCAD to his junior peers. He also has computer experience as a Novell and NT network specialist. His attention to detail and analytical approach to drafting and designing make him an excellent individual for management.
S.R. - S. has seven years of electrical drafting experience along with aerospace and mechanical expertise. S.W. - S. has returned to the mechanical drafting industry with his usage of AutoCAD 2008 and Inventor 2008 as a drafting/designer is producing 3D models, shop drawing, BOM, and maintaining drawing files. He had been in the transportation industry and had been a welder, mechanic, and worked on refrigeration units. He also has been a piping designer and designing P & ID; isometric piping drawings.
C.C. - C is a draftsman with 3 years of experience performing detail drafting and running AutoCAD generators. He has risen rapidly within his company and is looking to expand his skillsets and areas of expertise. Prior to his becoming a draftsman, he was a skilled machinist performing operation and maintenance.

R.S. supports all technical functions at the law firm including windows System Administration and support. His experience developing an intranet for his current law firm allows 3,000+ clients and internal employees access to confidential and sensitive information. He has developed web applications and databases in: C#, .NET, SQL Server, VB.NET and a variety of tools.
Microsoft .NET Developer
M.S. - Recent transplant to KC (from New York City) who brings with him over ten years of .NET development including significant C# (3 years) and ASP (10+ years) talent. His Visual Basic experience spans 11 years and very few developers have a better grip on SQL/SQL Server. Billing Programmer/Analyst
W.N. - A “holistic”, multi-talented individual who has a decade of experience working with OSS/BSS technologies in the creation of efficient and functional Billing and Operational solutions. From serving as a developer (COBOL, C++ and Oracle) to having worked on over 100 BSS/OSS projects, N.W. is the “go-to” guy who manages Business Analysis inside-out. N.W. has served as: Business Analyst, Document Creator, Programmer and Project Lead. QA Test Analyst
